  • Seven years of experience in a senior-level diversity role and a demonstrated ability to mobilize that expertise into highly effective practical applications and outcomes;
  • Results oriented with an in-depth understanding of organizational change and transformational leadership;
  • Proven results in fostering an equitable, inclusive and diverse environment;
  • Exceptional communication skills and facility in understanding a wide variety of constituent groups for building consensus and support for innovative solutions;
  • An understanding of the diverse populations and geography of Arkansas and an ability to comport and engage with a wide-range of individuals;
  • Experience engaging with the media and responding to issues and inquiries.
